Christina, Paul and Anghus were truly amazing. They helped give my precious Dad the best send off. They took all the stress of organising the service, so that we could focus on grieving. No request was too much and I was always welcomed with empathy and love. I couldn’t have asked for better people to care for my loved ones and the worst time for us as a family. Just perfect lovely people.

From the initial phone call all the way to the ceremony we were made to feel at ease by Steph, Paul and Anghus. They listened to our wishes, gave caring advice and explained all detail in a clear, concise and thoughtful way. Elizabeth our celebrant, who came recommended by Paul, tailored the service to reflect my mums life, in a very special way. During the whole experience, we felt reassured and want to thank the team.

The service provided by Angus was quite simply exceptional, and this is having discussed our situation with around 5/6 other funeral directors who didn't seem quite able to manage our complex needs related to repatriation to Ireland with significant time constraints. He problem solved his way through everything, and made light work of issues that we thought were sticking points (or so it seemed from our side no doubt a lot of work behind the scenes!). From the beginning communication was brilliant, very responsive including out of hours, with no lack in care or quality of the service despite the efficiency. Both my sister and I really feel Angus went above and beyond and seemed to understand our needs perfectly, we were able to relax knowing we were in safe hands. It was such a delight to find someone who cares about doing his job so very well - at such a delicate and painful time in our lives, it made an incredible difference to us to have is care and support. Thank you Angus, we will always remember how much you helped us.
