We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Paul and the entire team at Godalming Funeral Service, as well as Hannah, our celebrant, for the exceptional care, compassion and professionalism they showed following the loss of our Mum, Jennifer.

From the very beginning, Paul provided the perfect balance of sensitivity and practical advice, guiding us through every step with kindness, patience and genuine respect. At a time when emotions were high, his calm reassurance and attention to detail made everything feel so much more manageable.

Hannah took the time to understand Mum and her life story, delivering a beautiful and personal tribute that captured her character perfectly. Together, Paul, Hannah and the team ensured that every aspect of the day reflected Mum's wishes and our family's hopes for her farewell.

While funerals are inevitably sad occasions, they all contributed to making the day a true celebration of Mum's life, filled with warmth, dignity and many fond memories. It was clear how much thought, care and respect had gone into every detail.

Mum would have been incredibly proud of the service she received and of the way her life was remembered and celebrated. At an extremely difficult and sad time, when making even the simplest decisions seemed impossible, Paul and Anghus were there to help navigate us through the whole process.
They were sensitive, professional, kind and incredibly patient, and somehow managed to make a very difficult experience that little bit more bearable. We felt completely supported throughout, and they ensured that everything went smoothly at a time when we really needed someone else to take care of the details.

Paul and Anghus at Godalming Funeral Service were great, they took care of everything and were always on hand to answer our questions and give us advice. They were professional throughout and lived up to the many word of mouth commendations that we had heard in the area.
