The cremation service was organised so quietly and professionally, in the way we wanted and with such a gentle touch.

He’s been involved in many of my family’s funerals over the years and seems to be very in tune with those he speaks to, knowing exactly how to be around them to help them feel at ease. Everyone in my family knows Paul from the times he’s been there for us at funerals, and we all speak about him fondly. Nothing was too much trouble, and every detail was handled with the utmost care and respect. Communication was superb throughout. The service itself was exactly what had been asked for, and I’m very grateful to Paul and the team for making sure everything went smoothly. My family have known Paul Weightman for many years from his time at another Funeral Service provider and when he left there and started with this service there was no hesitation to switch our allegiance to you. Paul is a very professional, sympathetic and caring individual and is perfectly suited to the role. During our discussions about the service and a lengthy tribute about our mum, he offered advice which was helpful, entirely appropriate and he was able to smooth the way forward so that we were able to read what ended up being a 17 minute tribute. In addition, some the grandchildren spoke at the service. About 4 days before the service it was decided to have it livestreamed. This was organised very quickly and so people who were not able to travel to the service, could participate in it. WE very much appreciate this.
We will continue to use Paul, Angus and the team when we need their services again.
